【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandard,appliedtogetherwithEN1553:1999,specifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationfordesignandconstructionofmounted,semi-mounted,trailedorself-propelledseeddrills,includingtheseedingfunctionofcombinedseedandfertilizerdrills,usedinagricultureandinforestry.Inaddition,thisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpractices(includingresidualrisks)tobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.WhenrequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardaredifferentfromthosewhicharestatedinEN1553:1999therequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardtakeprecedenceovertherequirementsofEN1553:1999formachinesthathavebeendesignedandbuiltaccordingtotheprovisionsofthisEuropeanStandard.Itdoesnotapplyto:-fertilizerdistributorsdesignedonlyforsolidfertilizerapplication(dealtwithinEN14017);-seeddrillswithintegratedandinseparablepoweredsoilworkingtools(see3.2).NOTEPoweredsoilworkingtoolsaredealtwithinEN708:1996andEN708:1996/A1:2000.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoseeddrills,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4),exceptingthehazardsarisingfrom:-electrostaticphenomena;-externalinfluencesonelectricalequipment;-failureofenergysupply;-failure,malfunctionofcontrolsystem;-inadequatevisibilityfromdrivers/operatorsposition;-travellingfunctions(drive,brakingetc.);-break-upofpartsrotatingathighspeed;-equipmentforloadingseeds(andfertilizer).Itisnotapplicabletoelectromagneticcompatibility(EMC)nortoenvironmentalhazards(exceptnoise).TheseaspectsarecoveredbyEN13740-1:2003andEN13740-2:2003forcombinedseedandsolidfertilizerdrills.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoseeddrillswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
