【摘要】:Thisguideestablishesprocedurestohelppartiesinvolvedinunitpricepipinginsulationcontractsreachagreementastowhatcomponentswillbecountedforpricingpurposes.1.1Thisguidedefinesthecomponentsofaninsulatedpipingsystemtobemeasuredorcountedtodeterminequantitiesandpricingforunitpricecontractsorextrawork.1.2Pricingmaybedonethroughunitpricingforeachitembypipesize,typeofinsulationsystem,insulationthickness,doubleormultilayerinsulation,typeofweatherproofingorjacketing,andpressurerating(ifnecessary)orthroughcomponent(fitting)factorormultipliers.1.2.1Component(fitting)factorsormultipliers,whicharemultiplierstimesthestraightlengthofpipingasshowninTable1,determinerelativepricesforeachcomponentnotwithinthescopeofthisguide.Thesefactorsormultipliersaretobedeterminedbytheinsulatingcontractorrelativetothegivensituationandinsulationsystemspecification.1.2.2Itissuggestedthatonlyonetypeofpricingbeusedonaproject.1.2.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.
