【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardappliestotheconductionandradiationofradio-frequencydisturbancesfromapplianceswhosemainfunctionsareperformedbymotors,switchingorregulatingdevices,orbyr.f.generatorsusedininductioncookingappliances.Itincludessuchequipmentas:householdelectricalappliances,electrictools,regulatingcontrolsusingsemiconductordevices,motor-drivenelectro-medicalapparatus,electric/electronictoys,automaticdispensingmachinesaswellascineorslideprojectors.Bothmainspoweredappliancesandbatterypoweredappliancesareincluded.Alsoincludedinthescopeofthisstandardare:–separatepartsoftheabovementionedequipmentsuchasmotors,switchingdevicese.g.(powerorprotective)relays,howevernoemissionrequirementsapplyunlessformulatedinthisstandard.Excludedfromthescopeofthisstandardare:–apparatusforwhichallemissionrequirementsintheradiofrequencyrangeareexplicitlyformulatedinotherIECorCISPRstandards;1.2Thefrequencyrangecoveredis9kHzto400GHz.1.3Multifunctionequipmentwhichissubjectedsimultaneouslytodifferentclausesofthisstandardand/orotherstandardsshallmeettheprovisionsofeachclause/standardwiththerelevantfunctionsinoperation;detailsaregivenin7.2.1.1.4Thelimitsinthisstandardhavebeendeterminedonaprobabilisticbasis,tokeepthesuppressionofdisturbanceseconomicallyfeasiblewhilestillachievinganadequateradioprotection.Inexceptionalcasesradiofrequencyinterferencemayoccur,inspiteofcompliancewiththelimits.Insuchacase,additionalprovisionsmayberequired.1.5Theeffectsofelectromagneticphenomenarelatingtothesafetyofapparatusareexcludedfromthescopeofthisstandard.
