【摘要】:Byuseofstandardorreferencegradematerialsforanytwoofthethreecomponents,namely,oxygenatedsolvent,diluent,orcellulosenitrate,theeffectofdifferentbatchesordifferenttypesofthethirdcomponentcanbedetermined.Thistestmethodisapplicableforthedeterminationofthefollowing:Thedilutionratiooftolueneasthestandarddiluenttoanoxygenatedsolventundertest,usingasthesolutestandardcellulosenitrateasdefinedin5.2.Thedilutionratioofahydrocarbondiluentundertestton-butylacetateasthestandardsolvent,usingasasolutestandardcellulosenitrateasdefinedin5.2.Thedilutionratiooftoluene,asthestandarddiluent,ton-butylacetateasthestandardsolvent,usingasthesolutecellulosenitrateofvaryingsolubilitycharacteristics.Theinformationdevelopedthroughthistestmaybeusefulintheformulationofcellulose-basedlacquersandadhesives.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthevolumeratioofhydrocarbondiluenttoactivesolventrequiredtocausepersistentheterogeneity(precipitation)inasolutionofcellulosenitrate.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thefollowingappliestoallspecifiedlimitsinthisstandard;forpurposesofdeterminingconformancewiththisstandard,anobservedvalueoracalculatedvalueshallberoundedoffx201C;tothenearestunitx201D;inthelastright-handdigitusedinexpressingthespecificationlimit,inaccordancewiththerounding-offmethodofPracticeE29.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeSection6.1.5Forhazardinformationandguidance,seethesupplier''sMaterialSafetyDataSheet.
