【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothedesignandmanufactureoffixeddeckovenloadersusedinthefoodindustrybakeries,pastry-making,etc.Thesemachinesareusedtoplacedoughpiecesoneachdeckoffixeddeckovernsandtoremovethebakedproductsfromeachdeck.Thisequipmentmaybe:manual;--semi-automatic(somemovementspowered,somemovementsrequiringmanualpower).TheEuropeanStandardcoverstechnicalsafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesign,installation,adjustment,operating,cleaningandmaintenanceofthisequipment.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttofixedovendeckloaders,whenusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.Noisefromfixeddeckovenloadersisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazard.Thatdoesnotmeanthatthemanufacturerofthemachineisabsolvedfromreducingnoiseandmakinganoisedeclaration.ThereforeanoisetestcodeisgiveninAnnexA.Thefollowingequipmentareexcluded:--experimentalequipmentandequipmentunderdevelopmentbythemanufacturer;--loadersforconveyorovens;--loadersintegraltotheoven;--fullyautomatedfixeddeckovenloaders.ThisEuropeanStandardinnotapplicabletofixeddeckovenloadersthataremanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
